This information will help us determine which loan programs are available for your property type, loan to value, and overall is best for your situation.

This information will be used to confirm information on your credit report
- Equal Credit Information and Declarations
Simple questions requested by the Federal Government for certain types of loans, in order to monitor the lender's compliance with Equal Credit Opportunity, Fair Housing, and Home Mortgage Disclosure (HMDA) laws. These questions have to do with your race and sex, and declarations regarding about your previous home ownership and credit history. You are not required to furnish this information, but are encouraged to do so. The law provides that a lender may neither discriminate on the basis of this information, nor on whether you choose to furnish it.
